Cheap Mounjaro exists because searching for a fair Mounjaro price in the UK is a mess. Type "cheap Mounjaro" into a search engine and you'll get three kinds of result: regulated pharmacies charging wildly different prices for the same pen, expired discount codes copy-pasted between coupon sites, and — worst of all — sellers who shouldn't be selling medicine to anyone. We built this site to sort that mess into one honest board.

What we actually do

We track the price of Mounjaro (tirzepatide) at 24 regulated UK online pharmacies — every one of them GPhC-registered or CQC-regulated — across every dose from 2.5 mg to 15 mg. We log both the headline ongoing price and any genuine first-order offer, and we keep a wall of discount codes that we check against the pharmacies' own published pricing rather than passing along rumours. When we last checked (4 July 2026), the gap between the cheapest and priciest starter dose was over £83 a month. That's real money: hunting the board properly can save you close to a thousand pounds a year without going anywhere near a dodgy seller.

The rules we won't bend

Why we recommend The Weight Clinic

Our pinned pick is The Weight Clinic, and the reasoning is on the tin: with code NEWME the first month is £125 — within £3 of the cheapest intro price on the whole board — the ongoing prices stay competitive at every dose, and the service includes things the ultra-cheap end doesn't: monthly video reviews with a clinician, a refund if the prescriber declines you, and next-day delivery with needles included. If you'd rather chase the absolute lowest sticker price, our table shows you exactly where it is. Both choices are fine by us; the point is you choose with the numbers in front of you.

What we're not

We're not a pharmacy, a clinic or a prescriber, and we never handle medicine. We're a price-tracking and deal-checking site. For anything medical — whether Mounjaro suits you, side effects, dose changes — talk to your GP, your pharmacist or the prescriber at a regulated provider. And if a deal anywhere online smells wrong, our guide to telling a bargain from a fake is the two-minute read that could save you far more than money.

Spotted a price we've missed, or a code that's died? Tell us — the board only works if it's right.
