Cheap Mounjaro exists because searching for a fair Mounjaro price in the UK is a mess. Type "cheap Mounjaro" into a search engine and you'll get three kinds of result: regulated pharmacies charging wildly different prices for the same pen, expired discount codes copy-pasted between coupon sites, and — worst of all — sellers who shouldn't be selling medicine to anyone. What we actually do

We track the price of Mounjaro (tirzepatide) at 24 regulated UK online pharmacies — every one of them GPhC-registered or CQC-regulated — across every dose from 2.5 mg to 15 mg. We log both the headline ongoing price and any genuine first-order offer, and we keep a wall of discount codes that we check against the pharmacies' own published pricing rather than passing along rumours. When we last checked (4 July 2026), the gap between the cheapest and priciest starter dose was over £83 a month. That's real money: hunting the board properly can save you close to a thousand pounds a year without going anywhere near a dodgy seller.

The rules we won't bend

• Price order is sacred. Below our clearly-marked recommended pick, every pharmacy is ranked by ongoing price, cheapest first. Nobody can pay to move up. Nobody has ever been offered the chance.
• Regulated sellers only. If a provider isn't a GPhC-registered pharmacy or a CQC-regulated clinic, it doesn't go on the board at any price. We mention the grey market only to warn you off it.
• Real numbers or no numbers. Every price on this site comes from our tracked dataset, with the check date shown. If we can't verify a saving, we say "varies" rather than inventing a figure.
• Deals never override medicine. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine. A discount code changes what you pay, never whether it's right for you — that's always the prescriber's call.
