Tell us when the board is wrong — we'll fix it

A deal board is only as good as its worst entry. If you've spotted a price that's moved, a code that's stopped working or a pharmacy we should be tracking, we genuinely want to hear about it.

What to send us

• A price we've got wrong. Tell us the pharmacy, the dose and what you actually saw at checkout — a screenshot helps enormously. We'll re-check and correct the table.
• A dead or changed discount code. Codes expire without warning. If one from our wall didn't apply, tell us which code and where, and we'll retire or update it.
• A deal we've missed. Found a genuine offer at a regulated pharmacy that isn't on the board? Send the link. If it checks out, it goes up.
• A suspicious seller. If someone offered you Mounjaro with no prescription, through social media, or in a vial — we'd like to know so we can warn readers. Please also report it directly to the MHRA, who can actually act on it.
• Anything about the site itself — corrections, feedback, press, or questions about how the board works (short answer: it's always sorted by price and no provider can pay to move up — the long answer is on our about page).

What we can't help with

Anything medical. We're deal-hunters, not clinicians, and we will never advise you on whether Mounjaro suits you, what dose to take, or what to do about side effects. For those questions:

• Talk to your GP or pharmacist, or the prescriber at your chosen provider.
• For urgent concerns, contact NHS 111.
• Report suspected side effects through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk — it's how UK medicine safety monitoring actually improves.

We also can't take orders, cancel orders or chase deliveries — we don't sell anything. For anything about an order you've placed, contact the pharmacy you ordered from directly.
